It’s an early start of the day in Miami, following a night game that might let you see a regular or two on both the Marlins and Giants get the day off in the finale of a three- game series. It is the final meeting of the season between the two.
The winner is most likely to be the next to MLB winning. So, all the MLB fans, get ready to be a part of the highly anticipated battle!

MLB 2016: San Francisco Giants Vs Miami Marlins

Francisco got a bit of scare on Monday when their talented Manager Bruce Bochy was admitted to the hospital in Miami as he was feeling ill. Thus Ron Wotus was the one who managed the team. Now, assuming that Bochy is fine, the Giants can focus on winning the series with Marlins. On the other hand, Marlins manager Don Mattingly all excited and enthusiastic stated “we are going to have to do some things to make sure we reload and protect our guys”.
Once again, Phelps is back in a new starting role and will take the ball in Wednesday’s final series against the Giants. The marlins short of starting pitchers switched Phelps back to the rotation. Phelps made his 2016 starting debut last week, pitching 4 1/3 scoreless innings allowing 4 hits and a walk. It’s must for him to go longer, especially since the Marlins bullpen has been ineffective from long. He was especially effective with his change up and the curveball the second time through the lineup.
Moving him to the rotation appears to have weakened the bullpen without fully fixing the problem. Phelps, who has a 1.20 ERA totaling seven innings in his career against the Giants, will face San Francisco right-hander Jeff Samardzija. The giants and Samardzija hope that he can improve his previous outings. In 9 2/3 innings, he has a 4.66 ERA with 15 hits allowed and 8 walks issued, one of them being intentional.
Coming to the MLB event odds for this game, pegged at -135, the Miami Marlins are favored to win over San Francisco Giants +115. Moreover, the over under line for this game is set at 8. In addition, Miami Marlins are 1.5 point favorite over San Francisco Giants.
