The 2017 NHL Entry Draft will be the 55th Entry Draft, which will be held on June 23-24, 2017 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. It is the first time in the draft’s 53-year history that the event will be held in Chicago. Round 1 will take place on Friday, June 23 at 7:00 p.m. while Round 2-7 will be held on Saturday, June 24 at 10:00 a.m.

NHL Entry Draft Betting Schedule

Out of all the drafts to not have a first round pick in, this would be the one to do it because after the Nico and Nolan picks are made the rest are allegedly a total crap-shoot. So starting in the second round, Anaheim has a pick at 50th overall and again at 60th. As of now, they have two goaltenders signed for the next season with an additional entry level collegiate signing and the unsigned UFA Kevin Boyle and RFA Jhonas Enroth. Anaheim reloaded at Center and Left Wing in the last draft by getting stand-outs Max Jones, Sam Steel and Troy Terry but currently do not have much in the way of RW depth behind Sideroff and the recently departed Sorensen and Gortz.
Exclusive coverage of Day 2 begins in the morning and takes you through the end of the Draft.
